This Friday, we're launching our next installment in YPO Women’s Wellness Series, featuring Stacy T. Sims, PhD—an expert who’s truly reshaping how we think about women’s health, nutrition, and fitness.
I love how Dr. Sims challenges the traditional, male-centered paradigms that often dominate fitness and health research. Most fitness programs and health advice have been geared towards men, which can lead to suboptimal results for women. Instead, Dr. Sims focuses on a science-driven, female-specific approach to training and nutrition—something we desperately need more of in the wellness space. She argues that when women embrace their biology, they can lean into their hormonal and menstrual cycles proactively as a tool for maximizing health and vitality, rather than as a burden to overcome.
