Lean Into Your Intuition
At this early point in the year, I'm hearing a lot of talk about setting up a plan. While a good plan is always helpful, I would encourage that you tap into another powerful, yet sometimes overlooked tool – intuition.
Here's my take on 4 ways you can unlock this inner wisdom in your work:
1️⃣ Find Clarity Through Intuitive Writing. 🔮
Faced with a tough decision or a perplexing problem? Try this: jot down the details, take a deep breath, and let go of your logical mind. Write down what comes naturally, without overthinking. Remember, true insight often comes from listening, tapping into your own Psychic Awareness.
2️⃣ Make Daily Observations Through Journaling. 📓
I've found that maintaining a journal of daily experiences, compromises, synchronicities, and even the seemingly insignificant moments can be incredibly enlightening. Recording these insights, along with the date, helps in recognizing patterns and the growth of your intuitive skills. Trust me, even the most mundane observation can spark a brilliant solution.
3️⃣ Recall Your Dreams: They're Your Unconscious Consultant. 💭
Our dreams are a treasure trove of insights. I encourage you to sketch or write down any vivid dreams as soon as you wake up. Consider using a digital recorder if that's more your style. You can even set an intention for guidance before you sleep, opening the door to nocturnal wisdom.
4️⃣ Practice Automatic Writing: Let It Flow. ✍️
This is a personal favorite. Take a pen and paper, or use a journal. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and just let the words flow onto the page. Don't edit or judge what comes out – just record it, along with the date. It's fascinating what emerges when you let your subconscious take the lead.
Like any skill, expanding your intuition takes practice and patience. Be open to being wrong, and approach these exercises with a sense of fun. Keep your expectations realistic, and over time, you'll likely see your intuitive abilities flourish.
In business, balancing logic with intuition can lead to surprisingly effective decisions. It's about blending the analytical with the instinctual for a more holistic approach to leadership. So, I invite you to explore these methods and see how they can enhance your business acumen.
